Purever wipes are made from biodegradable bamboo material and contain no microplastics.

Yes. Transparency matters to us. Purever wipes are dermatologically tested by Dermatest® (Germany),suitable for sensitive skin and also in partnership with the Eczema Association Australasia (EAA), assessed for suitability on eczema-prone skin. Test certificates are published on our website.

The wipes are made from biodegradable material, though the full product has not yet been laboratory-tested for end-of-life biodegradability. 

No. Purever wipes are alcohol-free, parabens-free, and free from harsh chemicals.

Each wipe measures approximately 17 × 19 cm. Minor size variations may occur due to manufacturing processes.

The wipes are microplastic-free, but the packaging currently contains plastic for product integrity. 

Purever wipes are proudly designed in Australia and produced in ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, GMPCEU, GMPCUSA certified facilities in China, which also hold FSC MIX certification and workplace assessment compliance.

Designed for one sheet per pull. Open the lid and gently pull out one wipe at a time for everyday external cleansing. Reseal after use to prevent wipes from drying out. Suitable for hands, face and body.  

Do not flush. Dispose of used wipes in household waste or in the bin.

Store in a cool, dry place away from heat, direct sunlight and flame.

- Shipping -

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping to additional locations may be introduced in the future.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. 

Standard shipping rates will be displayed before payment.

Free shipping may be offered on orders over $79 or during selected promotions. Any applicable offers will be clearly shown at checkout.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. 

Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location. 

Orders are shipped using reputable courier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery. Carrier selection may vary based on location and order size.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details, where available.

At this time, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a residential or business address at checkout.

While we aim to deliver orders within the estimated time frame, delays may occur due to factors outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at (Purever contact email address)and we’ll be happy to assist.

- Damages & Returns -

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Returns are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. 

At Purever’s discretion, we may offer an exchange or store credit if: 

  • the product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging 
  • the request is made within 14 days of purchase 
  • proof of purchase (such as receipt) is provided 

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used wipes cannot be returned for change of mind.  

Please contact us if your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect within 7 days of delivery.  

For approved change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for ensuring the product is safely returned and bears responsibility until it has been confirmed as safely received by us, as well as any expenses incurred in returning the product.

f your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable. Where an item is eligible for a refund of this kind, we will refund the order or offer a replacement item together with any shipping costs. Purever reserves the right to assess the condition and age of any returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund.

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos where applicable, and we’ll organise a replacement or refund. Refund will be processed within 5-10business days of arriving at our return destination.

Where a product is confirmed to be damaged, or incorrect, return shipping will be arranged at no cost to you.

We cannot accept returns for: 

  • products damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or normal wear and tear; 
  • items returned without prior contact or authorisation; and 
  • opened/unsealed wipes returned for change of mind (for hygiene reasons) 

If you purchased Purever wipes from an authorised retailer, the retailer’s return and refund policy applies.

In addition to your rights above, all products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to return a product and receive a repair, replacement or refund if the product: 

  • is an unacceptable quality; 
  • does not match the description provided on the Marketplace product page; or 
  • is not fit for purpose. 

 These guarantees do not apply if you have simply changed your mind.
